Sec 2s: For those who have not taken their CPL Promotion Test (Drills), you will be taking it this parade in Full-Uniform. As for those who have not taken their CPL Promotion Test (Lashings), remember to bring twine, scissors, 6 pairs of wooden chopsticks, writing materials and Scotch tape.
